Interesting Email re: CadillacPat

You guys should be warned about CadillacPat - Pat Parker of Houston. I
am the owner of mboxcommunity.com and the Gathering Pat placed on his
creations.

We hired him to make 50 Matchbox trucks with our logos on them and a a
clown motif on the side. Not only did he consider that he could keep
control of them to sell, he did not do them as I approved. His logo was
larger than mine and centered! When delivered the trucks were in pieces
and unassembled. No cars were authorized, and he is told that he will be
escorted out by the security at our next convention.

He delivered 28 out of the required fifty. He was provided with 87 total
trucks and paid $3700. He says we reneged on the deal, which we did not.
Then he posts diatribes to forums and mails out lengthy invective filled
emails which have no basis in reality about my sexuality, my theft, my
IRS problems, Lawsuits against me, my agenda, my.... ...all fictitious.
Just a hate-filled little man.

We are investigating turning his theft of our money over to his local
sheriff. Please, if you decide to have him make anything for you, DO NOT
MAKE PAYMENT TO HIM BEFORE DELIVERY!

There's probably another side to the story, but I don't see any reason why we need to get involved as yet.

If you were going to reply I think it'd just be a general "Thanks for informing us, any personal attacks will be dealt with and we will keep this in mind in the future".

Not exactly been keeping an eye on his posts but I'm not aware of anything out of the ordinary as yet. This guy may be following him around to try and discredit him, this may have happened a while ago.
