To try and get kh slightly further forward I (with kindly help from shane) have been having a look at various scripts for billing, support tickets, ordering etc. So far there haven\'t been many which will work on here. Managed to install phpcoin onto here. Can login to the client area using user: test pwd: client or on the login page click the \"Admin\" button at the bottom and use user: admin pwd: kill4h There\'s quite a lot of features in this one however it does lack plesk integration. The script is free to use however which is a real bonus (the \"powered by\" line can be removed for $50)

Another one shane found was this one. It does have plesk integration but its not as nicely setup as the one above...imo. Costs to use and im not sure if its got a trial or not.

Ones like whoiscart and modernbill look good but can\'t be supported on here. Im also waiting to see if neomanager is ever going to be completed.

Anyhow, that should give you enough to ponder.

PHP coin looks pretty cool, how hard would it be to skin though?

I\'ve found this one but nowhere does it say if it\'s plesk compatible. It does talk about ioncube and zend but --- well --- you *know* I don\'t understand what they mean. It\'s not a free programme, it\'s a 99.00USD one time purchase. There is an on-site demo and a forum. Have a look and see what you think. http://www.clientexec.com/newsite/product.php

ClientExec i ruled out for lacking of getting a trial. It may be that in the future one is avaliable and we could give it a dry run on the server. Until then I don\'t really want to risk getting something which might not work.

As for skinning phpcoin, it looks relativly simple. A few CSS to do (oh don\'t we just love CSS) and (lots <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... #>/cry.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' /> ) of images im afraid.

I written a Terms of Use for KH; all I did was take CES Hosting\'s ToU and editted it a bit, considering this one must be followed anyway. Give it a quick read and let me know what you think.

Terms, Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy

KillaHosting provides website hosting and technical support for its clients.
KillaHosting has set out legal and ethical responsibilities expected of its clients; these are listed below.

KillaHosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer\'s access to any or all services provided by KillaHosting should it be apparent that
the account is or has been inappropriately used.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies

Server abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or service utilized by KillaHosting or any other client accounts is strictly prohibited.

KillaHosting will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account without the owner\'s authorization. Such attempts include \"internet
scamming\" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords) password robbery, security hole scanning, or any other misleading or fraudulent act.

Any unauthorized use of accounts by a KillaHosting client, whether or not the attacked account or shell belongs to KillaHosting,
will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action,
depending on the seriousness of the attack.

To maintain the integrity of our service the following limitations apply:

The KillaHosting Administration will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use.

Commercial Advertisements with E-mail
KillaHosting clients may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs.
Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. Advertising sites on other servers
which in turn contain links to a domain on KillaHosting\'s service is prohibited. We consider spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of
Newsgroups and E-mail. If you are found to be using your account for spamming, we will contact you to resolve the situation. If it is a severe case
then we will immediately, without warning, disable your domain until the situation is resolved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to
known spammers. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of
services without refund.

Payment Policies
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Domain Registration fees are non-refundable. Setup fees are charged for all new accounts and major
account changes and are non-refundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. The customer is responsible for all money owed on
the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies KillaHosting in writing for a request for termination of services.
All payment is in U.S. currency.

Cancellation
KillaHosting reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by KillaHosting if
KillaHosting institutes its right of cancellation. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the client (i.e.transfer, space
etc.)

Lawful Purpose
KillaHosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Clients may only use KillaHosting\'s services for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in
violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material (including but not limited to music
files, e-books, and motion pictures distributed without written permission and not the original composition of the hosted site\'s owner), material legally
judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. KillaHosting expressly forbids anyone from using KillaHosting services for
the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material
which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The
designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of KillaHosting Administration.

Indemnification
Client agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold KillaHosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable attorney\'s fees asserted against KillaHosting, its service providers, agents, customers, officers and employees, that may arise or
result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by a client, its agents, employees or assigns. Client
agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KillaHosting against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products
sold or otherwise distributed in connection with KillaHosting\'s services and its service providers; (2) any material supplied by a client infringing or allegedly
infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to a KillaHosting client\'s customer while
hosted through KillaHosting\'s services.

Disclaimer
KillaHosting will not be responsible for any damages a Client\'s business may suffer. KillaHosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for
services we provide. KillaHosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from
delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by KillaHosting and its employees. KillaHosting reserves the right to
revise its policies at any time.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

I think that the options you have are perfect for a starter pack, giving them some options but not others, you've chosen them well. I agree with shane that it might be a little bit cheap, especially considering the support that we are able to provide. I think $10per month would be a little more appropriate, and we should emphasize that we are able to provide help and support with forums, web sites and development, good scripts to buy, script installation etc etc.

There is the chat link up there ^^ which we could use. I don\'t think too many people will be bothered it says kg instead of kh. Support we have is good, my only main concern is some of the staff may not be able to offer quality support - however we can worry about this later.

Yeh, but I guess it is up to us to train some people on how to react to staff requests, the fastest and quickest way to fix things and set up some support FAQ's for staff (what to do if someone wants this...) and just try and build a good support network.

Scott are you going to be on msgr this Saturday during the day?
