We\'re going to have to get one written pretty fast. I think this blog

is going to be a problem. Especially after I emailed her when she tried to register that name on the forum and explained (politely) our family rating and said she was welcome to register again with an appropriate name.

Jeremy\'s bookmarked the script and will check the contents but we really really need to get some rules happening.

Did she actually reply to the request, Ada? If the blog is stored in SQL, it wouldn\'t be too hard to change the name of it without wiping what she has down so far...

She\'s registered on the forum as devilish_eyez, so she did comply in that way. According to mobil they have been friends for quite sometime, she used to be friends with Pashy but they are no longer speaking to each other, and she is/was a member of TheConfessional (and you all know how I feel about that site <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... isgust.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'(hmph)\' /> ). I\'m thinking she feels she\'s going to stir things up, as she appeared during all of mobil\'s ranting...which I still haven\'t responded to. I have a copy of her reply on his blog rants, Jeremy sent it to me. Maybe he could add it to the thread in site issues in regards to Mobil for the rest of you to read. Extremely Pissed Off
Well, my fears were just confirmed, my post counts in the gaming area are not counting towards my post count on KillaGraphix. This is a very very bad step for KG, and i believe it is going in the wrong direction for the forums. If news posts aren\'t counting towards members post counts, then people are going to be discouraged from making those posts, and the forum will become nothing but a useless spam, joke and chat forum, with nothing news related on it.

I am ... to say the least ... very pissed off about this. I\'m going to try and not to go too far into it, but my patience is hanging by a thread right now, and this is not what i would have expected to happen. It\'s not so much the fact that it\'s happened thats getting to me, it\'s the fact it happened without it being discussed between other members and/or staff members. I heard nothing of it, and the staff i\'ve spoken to havn\'t heard about it untill now either. I don\'t want KG to start making major decisions like this behind peoples backs, and especially when it effects the members in this way, and they aren\'t notified.

I was told that this decision happened and was implemented over a week ago, so that means this has been in place for over a week, and still members havn\'t been notified of the changes.

Expect more entries from me on this subject as i delve into it.

added extra: All i wanted to do for KG... ever... was to look after the forums and the chat room, i can\'t design graphics, the few ive made either took me so long to make it was more of a burden and i wasn\'t impressed with the outcome, or it was a reworking of my old creation. (See my Abstract banner comp banner and compare it to \"My first abstract\" ... see the resemblance... if you can\'t you\'re blind.) I don\'t want to learn coding, i have no desire to, i enjoy the gaming posting stuff, but its taking up a good chunk of time to do it every day, and i am avidly looking for another job, and i just feel that alot of it goes un-noticed. Alot of the staff members i have talked to are starting to feel burdened, or overworked, or feel as though they are doing things they don\'t really want to do, and i think this is in the working for possible unhappy staff members, or unhappy regular forum users. I know of a few staff members that may be close to resigning, or asking for a demotion if it continues in the same way it has, and i\'m not saying which ones, all im saying is this is not going the right way, and i fear that it could possibly be a hiccup in the working. Well, i did it, i completely screwed things over in the space of 10 minutes.

That post i made before was harsh, i admit, i apologise for those of you i hurt, but i refuse to delete it, and i refuse to deny the comments i made, albeit they are harsh, to me they are all true. I have written an apology to ada, and a possible resignation, although it pains me to fathom the idea of leaving KG, if it means KN can progress further then i guess it must be done. I am in tears right now, i feel horrible for the comments i made, and i feel horrible for what i did. I can\'t take back the comments i made, but i can apologise for them, and thats what i\'m trying to do...

Everything goes wrong at once, jobs lost, infections, family fights (both home and kg), losing friends, no money, no life, no sanity, 2 broken down cars, and if thats not enough, if i don\'t want to feel guilty i need to buy presents for everyone with no money, oh yay.

The only thing i have in my life thats good at the moment is Dez and shes half way across the planet. If i didn\'t have KG and if i didn\'t have dez and if i didn\'t have all the people i\'d met as a result of KG, i would have killed myself at the age of 16. I had nothing to live for, i still don\'t, and KG has given me something to do, an outlook on life. I\'m just way too sensitive to emotion and simple <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... nsored.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'(cens)\' /> for a guy, i\'m supposed to have that \"nothing bothers me\" image that everyone else in the male species seems to use. F**k that, i\'m not like that, it may be my downfall, i may take things to heart but if you don\'t like it then f**k off. I\'m just an emo see-saw.

Great, now i\'m utterly hammered, i have a huge headache, chances are im going to have a hangover tomorrow, and all because of something THAT I BLEW OUT OF PROPORTION. Once again thankyou life for dealing me a wildcard.

I don\'t mean to do all philosophical here but is it really that i let more get to me for a regular 17 yr old, or am i just more willing to talk about it than other 17 yr olds? lol.

I don\'t think i could live without my internet, what with the people i\'ve met through here, and the help they\'ve given me. I could never leave it.

All of it is stored in SQL so it\'ll be [b]very[/b] easy for quick editing. They\'re not going to be happy when they find out I\'ve added a badword filter to the script.

But that\'s just it, Shane....I asked Redrum, Josh, Rift, and Sp3c if they felt overworked or were ready to resign, they all said not at all. The only one I haven\'t asked is electrix, and with the installation of the temporary ecard script, that takes any pressure off of him to get the new script done in a hurry. So who was he referring to? Wingx did resign, but that was for personal issues, nothing at all to do with KN/KG, other than he doesn\'t feel like doing anything at all...but that\'s how he feels about his life in general, not KN alone.

Emm, they agree not to post inflamatory (sp?) remarks, illegal content, not abuse the system by flooding RSS feeds (oh the irony). Need to make it clear we have the right to remove anything which discriminates beliefs or its ethically offending. Unsubscribing users agree to remain withing the 500KB limit or we can restrict any posting on their blog.
