Well, lets run a breakdown.
He attacked several commercial websites, bringing monetary losses into the tens of thousands...
He launched a HTTP attack on the FBI webservers...
He maintained a botnet count into the thousands, thereby illegally entering and tampering with the computers of every person that the botnet was running on (estimated damages from this can actually run into the hundreds of thousands)
He tampered with and damaged 4 computers belonging to the United States Department Of Defense, and used those 4 computers to launch attacks on Commercial sites

They\'ll probably drop any drug charges that may pop up, since it\'s nothing compared to what he\'s got happening now.
A group of people were recently apprehended for threatening commercial sites that if they did not pay money, their sites would be attacked. Greg recently did just this thing, and was kind enough to provide the company name that he tried to extort money from... this makes it very easy for the FBI to confirm and further investigate.

So yes, I do believe that Greg will be spending some time on the other side of the metal bars, and he will have 0 contact with any computers during that time... and likely, as part of any parole he receives after, will not be allowed to have contact with a PC afterwards (if you want an example, look up Kevin Mitnik on google sometime).

There are actually prisons in Texas and Arizona where the standard \"uniform\" is hot pink... they also tend to sleep in tents, and work in chain gangs cleaning government land and highways in those same hot pink uniforms. Personally though, I think he\'s going to be spending some time in a small cell with 1 roommate... who will like him very much, seeing as how he\'s just some little wanna-be punk. He\'ll find out just how tough he really is when it comes time for his first all-male group shower.
Those jelly-bean picking soft hands will seem pretty feminine when the other inmates catch a glimpse....
