I agree...and yes, the offer would have to be something more suited to where we are right now. Of course, expansion is always an option.

i'd also love to participate in this. i think to begin with my contribution might be more administrative (i love making lists and deadlines too!) such as adding the (text) content and updating it as needed - i have the time every day to be responsible for that. I would love to design some of the graphics, but i imagine whomevers work the customer chooses to use in the end would be the one to receive the commission...which is more than fair.
i like the idea of offering this also because it can provide a quick cash boost that could also turn into a stable income year after year for killahosting. As far as i know killahosting as the capabilities to offer the space and bandwidth needed - probably for a whole lot less!
the other good point about offering this, apart from the money is that there will be, for at least a year a website designed by one/a group of us that can be used to showcase our graphic skills as each website will be markedly different i imagine. i know some of the sites right now that have been designed you are not allowed to show off, but i'm sure if you offer a small discount or even write it into the contract they would sign you would be able to do this.

This definatly sounds like a good idea and we could obviously have different types of plans - ones which require basic design extending to ones which require extensive programming.
