neither rift or i have been around much lately. i cant speak for rift, but i do know that after taking on an extra job his time online will be limited.
this week has been way to eventful for my liking which is why i havent been able to contribute to the graphics competitions or the forums in general.
my one female turned out to have absorbed her puppies, my other had to go in for an emergency c-section and after today we're still touch on go as to whether or not she'll need an emergency spay as she is still bleeding post op from her uterus. so we're keeping a close eye on her - her pups also as one is very weak.
so this week i have all been living at the vets office. i'm not sure how soon it will be before i can get back into the swing of things here, so am working on brush sets when i have the time.
hopefully tomorrow molly will get an all clear on her blood count and start to perk up.
so i'm hoping that in another week she and the pups will be doing good and i can get back to the chat room etc.
i'll post some puppy pictures soon but havent the energy right now lol

molly is ok....during her contractions she ripped the inside of her uterus, the vet sewed it up, but there are many many veins in that area....the bleeding has tapered off a bit, but not as much as the vets would like. so we went in today expecting to have her uterus removed.....after an xray today the vet held off on that because there is no build up of blood inside of her - what blood there is is leaking out
this is making her gums very pale....from the blood loss.....and thats whats worrying us. so this morning we gave her some vitamins and will follow up with more tomorrow - she's on puppy food so is getting plenty of iron and calcium - she's also drinking gatorade to bring her energy back up.
i guess we'll see tomorrow.
unfortunately not long after my post the little runt died....but the other two are doing great.
now all i have to look forward to is the bill :S lol
and josh, even if molly doesnt get spayed in the next few days, we do plan to spay her....theres no way we're risking this again /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />
