120GB Hard Drive Mounted as /
120GB Hard Drive Mounted as /backup (for nightly and weekly server backups)
1024MB PC2700 DDRAM (will be upgrading tonight)
1500GB Monthly transfer
OS: Redhat Enterprise ES3
Control Panel: WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83, Webmin/Usermin
Kernel Info: 2.4.21-27.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Dec 1 21:59:02 EST 2004 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Through Webmin, you will have access to several of the security-related areas. This includes the Firewall (which is technically monitored through APF, so until you receive your SSH details which will come once I have sudo\'d the accounts), Snort management, System Time, Service Monitor, Running Processes, system Logs access, and system cron jobs. WHM access is pending, as I need to work on it\'s access levels, without granting root access... I\'m not a big fan of WHM at the moment.

Server has 1536MB pc2700 DDRAM now.
I took the liberty of benchmarking it once the memory was installed.
Before, the server would hit a load of anywhere in the vicinity of 120 to 140 when I had 700-1000 proxy sockets query the oscommerce index page.
After the upgrade, the load topped out at 45, and while the pages were slightly slower loading, they were still responsive and the server handled it amazingly well (considering it was handling upwards of 6000 MySQL queries a second).
I think tonight I\'ll have some real fun and load up my full proxy list... see how it handles 2000 sockets sending 20 MySQL queries a second...
I figure, at least this way it\'s us putting it through the abuse and not Greg, right?
