He never replied.

His site has been backed up to a location on the new server, and his Plesk account has been terminated. He is still in Modernbill, due to the outstanding fees he owes.
I have asked Josh to pass the message that if he is not paid up by the next billing cycle (or at least had the balls to come talk to us), I will delete the backup file and his files will be lost.
This is more grace than he would get with any other hosting company... especially after pressing for the account upgrade, then not paying his bills right after. Most would have just wiped him out in the first 48 hours.
