Once the banner comp vote is over, to change the display banner, login to acp as normal, but go to Tools and Settings -> Banner Comp and change things there. This changes all skins at once <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... /smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />
