What kind of cruel joke is the casting of the lovely Jessica Alba as Susan Storm aka The Invisible Woman in the upcoming film adaptation of the classic comic book Fantastic Four? THE INVISIBLE WOMAN?!? She\'ll spend more time offscreen than on!

Bad casting aside, the new film has a good chance of following in the trend of comic book films done right set by the recent Spider-Man and X-Men movies - its screenwriter Michael France was responsible for the story of GoldenEye; easily the best Bond film out of the last dozen or so.

Inevitably a videogame tie-in has been announced and is currently in development at Seven Studios. The game will follow the plot of the film and allow players to battle enemies created exclusively for the game as well as the nefarious Doctor Doom (the evil monster doesn\'t even bulk bill).

Expect each of the Fantastic Four - The Invisible Woman, Mr. Fantastic, The Human Torch and The Thing - to be fully playable and each with their own unique moves and attacks, as well as co-operative play and head-to-head arena battles for two players when Fantastic Four is released for PS2 to coincide with the theatrical release of the film this winter.
