Playlogic appoints IMC to handle its European special press

Dutch Publisher Playlogic International N.V. has appointed Cologne based IMC, InteractiveMediaConsulting GmbH to handle the European specialist press PR for its forthcoming titles; "Gene Troopers", "Knights of the Temple 2", "Sparta – Ancient Wars", "World Racing 2" and "Xyanide".

IMC had previously been handling PR for the real time strategy game "Sparta – Ancient Wars" for World Forge, the Russian developer and it was the remarkable success achieved with this title that persuaded Playlogic to extend the relationship.

Ingo Horn, IMC's Head of Communication: "We are very pleased to work on such a strong, multi platform and diversified line-up in the European market and to continue our work on Sparta – Ancient Wars. Our first PR activities will start prior to the Games Convention in Leipzig".

Playlogic's Marketing Manager Beco Mulderij commented: "With the guys from IMC we found an agency, which proved itself with its work on "Sparta – Ancient Wars" in the run up to this agreement.
