I like these pieces, both the images and the poetry. The images work really well with the topics and themes of the poems. The only thing Im not sure about is the font for the last two pieces. I can see why you used both fonts because they both fit with the style of their image, but I found them a little hard to read in places. I hate doing text myself because I always seem to get it wrong due to the fonts, and I think your two images are suffering from my problem, where the text is the right style but just a bit too hard to read.
Great pieces, my favorite of which is the gift. I like the words and mood of the poem which is very well complimented by the image used, which might look simpler than the others,(a rose has an intricate formation of petals and a castle is built up of many shades of rough cut stone) but the simple look of the image is great. I think its the contrast of the shadowed tree and grass, against the skies grayish-blue and vibrant orange colours. Compliments to Alice, I love the angle the photo has been taken from, looks like a huge expanse you could just run around in and have fun in. Probably with a load of sugar knowing the peeps round here. Great work Ada <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... igwink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\';)\' />

<uber late reply>
thank you to@ds - I appreciate the feedback <img src=\'http://www.killanet.net/forum3/public/s ... iggrin.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':D\' />
I know that the font in the second one is a bit hard to read. I did save them as psds so it's easy to change them if I need to for any reason (like prints). I could probably find a bit of a better font for the third one as well, but that one is probably my favourite.
