Actually, near the end he was flat-out told about it. On one of the last attacks, I told him that he should be very proud of himself for giving us the final little topping in logs to ship off to the FBI... and that he should not answer his door for the next month or two.
And yeah, he thought I was f\'n with him and did the whole lol thing at me.
2 days later he launched the ICMP attack, and well... we all know where he is now.
